Raw Materials
Most of our raw materials such as hand-loomed 100% cotton, hemp, and linen come from mountainous regions and are crafted locally by skilled artisans. Local villagers collect nettles from mountain areas where they grow wild. This sustainable harvesting process does not harm the environment, making it eco-friendly. The production process begins with soaking the plants, which are then boiled with ash to naturally bleach and soften the fibers. After drying on sun-warmed rocks, the fibers are hand-spun into thread and woven into fabric.
These materials are valued for their sustainability and health benefits. Garments made from these fibers help regulate body temperature, keeping you warm in cold weather and cool in the heat. The company supports farmers to scale up these practices to ensure sufficient raw materials are collected through environmentally sustainable methods.
