Shipping Policy

We offer different shipment options for the convenience of our customers. You can choose a shipping method while placing your order. If needed, we are happy to provide tentative shipping costs before the order is placed.

Terms & Conditions for Shipment

• Shipping costs depend on order size, weight, and final destination.

• Our products are valid for import to all destinations around the world.

• The mode of shipment is normally determined by the customer; however, certain products or values may require specific carriers or methods to ensure safe delivery, which can be discussed bilaterally.

• Since most of our products are handmade, slight variations in volume and weight may occur among similar shipments.

• We use reputed shippers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and Sky Net (DPEX).

• Shipping time depends on the selected shipping option and will be communicated after order placement.

Time of Delivery

If the customer prefers air shipment, it takes a maximum of 12 days after the production period for the goods to reach the final international airport and be cleared. This applies to Europe, America, and Asia.

If the customer prefers courier services such as DHL, United Parcel Service, or Sky Net, it takes a maximum of 7 days after the production period for door-to-door delivery.

We have the capacity to expedite production to meet customer demand and endeavor to deliver products as agreed and as per client requirements.
